Returns + Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes.

Face Reality Products:

Unopened, unused Face Reality products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Returns must be processed directly through Face Reality Skincare. You can find their return policy and begin the process here.
